Title Searches
We perform title searches on behalf of our clients to primarily answer three questions for our clients:
- Does the seller have a legal right to sell the property in question?
- Do any restrictions, in the forms of real covenants or easements, pertain to the use of the property in question?
- Does the property have any liens against it that must be paid in full at closing?
Closings
Our experts will help guide you through the final steps in the real estate transaction process, which includes:
- The final exchange of deed of title
- The completion of all financing documents
- The review of the title insurance commitment
- The payment of all agreed upon costs
Title Insurance
Title insurance protects an owner's or a lender's financial interest in real property against loss due to title defects, liens or other matters.
